Before you start looking for your new home you will want to reach out to Lindsey to set up a time  to meet to become familiar with the buying process.

Before we start the hunt for your new home, you will want to make sure you know the price range you can afford by getting pre-approved! We will also discuss other fees that are a part of the process.

This is where the fun begins! We will narrow down what you are looking for in a home and begin to go on showings.

Congrats, you have found the one! We will begin to write up an offer and get it sent over the the sellers agent. 

Depending on the offer, we will go through different stages. Most common is:

Inspection - we as the buyers hire an inspector and negotiate any major concerns we may have

appraisal - the bank will send their inspector to make sure the home meets value & there aren't any work orders due

This is getting real! Get Packing! 

Label your boxes, ask friends and family to help, organize transportation for the pets, and most of all plan ahead! We provide lots of tips on packing and moving to make this a less painful process. 

I've never heard anyone say "I love packing & moving!"

On closing day, we will do a final walk through of your home, sign papers, and get the keys.
