Thanks for visiting our page designed for selling your home! Find info on how the process works, staging tips, movings tips and everything in-between.
Before you plan an updates, upgrades, repairs, packing, staging, even cleaning! Contact Lindsey! Many times she can save you money and time and still get you top dollar on your home!
Once you have a set plan with Lindsey, now you will start to pre-pack your home and get it in photo and showing condition. This means taking down personal photos and decluttering.
If your home requires any projects, we must get these done before we start showings. We get one shot at listing the home and we want to do it right. Don't worry we will be by your side to advise you or offer vendor referrals.
We have an eye for this! One the day of photos Lindsey and the professional photographer will arrive and set your room up for the best photo op!
Share the news with your family and friends! You are officially on the market and ready to accept an offer!
This is what you have been waiting for! That call to let you know someone wants to buy your home. Typically within 24 hours of receiving the news you will have an accepted offer!
Depending on the offer, we will go through different stages. Most common is:
Inspection - the buyers hire an inspector and negotiate any major concerns they may have
appraisal - the bank will send their inspector to make sure the home meets value & there aren't any work orders due
This is getting real! Get Packing!
Label your boxes, ask friends and family to help, organize transportation for the pets, and most of all plan ahead! We provide lots of tips on packing and moving to make this a less painful process.
I've never heard anyone say "I love packing & moving!"
It's common that you will come in a couple days before your buyers and pre-sign all the documents. Then on closing day, the buyers will finalize the process, collect the keys and cut you that check you have been waiting for!
Congratulations!
